I moved in 1987 and opted to convert the house into an investment rental property. Meybohm Property Management successfully managed the property until the end of March 2018. I made the decision to sell the property at the beginning of 2018. I reached out to EG and advised him of my decision. He asked Chris Still to take on the listing which he did. below is the text of the review I wrote on Zillow regarding my experience dealing with Chris (very positive!): Chris Still did an outstanding job selling an investment rental property that I owned. Since I live in another state, I heavily depended upon Chris???s expertise and understanding of the local market conditions. He acted as a project manager to oversee various repairs and maintenance work needed to prepare the property for sale. Chris was very timely in his ongoing communications. He kept a great attitude during the entire process no matter what new hurdle presented itself. Chris worked persistently and used up to date marketing techniques to help sell the property. On several occasions, Chris went substantially beyond what would be expected from an agent to get things done. He???s a make it happen kind of guy! I highly recommend Chris; professional, courteous, gets results! This was not an easy property to market given the age of the house and the fact that it was not owner occupied for more than thirty years, Quite a bit of work was required to make the house marketable after the last tenant moved out at the end of their lease in March, 2018. Chris was very effective in acting as a project manager to get the needed repairs done to get the house ready for sale. He also did a great job of handling all of the work that was required as a result of the home inspection. Many hurdles and obstacles and problems were encountered during this process and Chris handled them all very well. He was always very courteous. he did a great job of keeping me up to date on developments. That was not an easy task, as he had to convey to me "bad news" on more than one occasion (updates about problems with the house, additional repairs and work required). Chris kept plugging away. He also provided valuable advice which I heeded during the negotiation process; I have no doubt his advice and recommendations were instrumental in completing the sales process. His excellent communication and personable nature fit perfectly with his knowledge of the area and local real estate. Coming from out of town Chris made sure to use technology to aid our search and was always willing to send videos or pictures. Chris also remembered little things we mentioned along the way (like cordless blinds) and made purchasing our first home an easy and enjoyable endeavor. We would recommend Chris to anyone who may be looking for their home in the greater Augusta area!

Chris came highly recommended from my mother who was a real estate agent with Meybohm for almost 16 years before she retired. When I decided to sell my home, I immediately contacted him and he had my existing house listed 4 days later. At a time when the market and rates have been crazy, Chris was very proactive at comparing my listing to others in the area and helping me decide on a price and buyer incentives that would grab the attention of my potential buyer when competing against other properties for sale. Needless to say after only a half a dozen showings we had a buyer from Costa Rica who was going to be flying in only 2 weeks after Hurricane Helene hit. He assisted me in contacting the buyers agent and negotiating a couple more days for me to get out of the house so quickly after the storm and before closing. When it came to building my new home, Chris was very proactive in contacting the onsite sales agent for the neighborhood I was building in and communicating as needed my needs and upgrades I wanted for the new build. Bottom line, Chris is very professional, provides excellent customer service and communication, and I’ll definitely be using him again as long as he stays in the industry. You will not be disappointed using Chris as your agent!!

Very helpful and patient answered questions and if he didn't know the answer he found out. Overall a great salesmen would tell everyone if they are looking for a house call Chris.

I was instantly delighted with his manor and professionalism. I told Mr Still what I thought was an achievable sale price, based on recent sales and the state of my property, and he "listened". He didn't argue to lower my list price, he didn't try and educate me as if was completely ignorant, and he was patient and polite through the whole discussion. He stated opposing views and then he countered them with an objective position in my favor. I was able to contact him through text, phone, and email at all times throughout the day and evening. He held a wonderful open house and always gave us an appropriate suspense time before showings. I had a lot of issues with my closing dates and times changing due to my buyer's mortgage company, but Mr Still was great and supportive throughout the whole ordeal. I had the pleasure of working with Mr Still and hope to be able to again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Still as a Real Estate Professional to anyone in need of one.
